Submitting a Claim
To start your claim and get your repairs underway, simply call 877-850-0443. Our claims department is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CT), and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to noon (CT). For mechanical breakdowns, please follow the procedure outlined in your contract carefully
Protect Your Vehicle
Take immediate action to prevent further damage to your vehicle. If needed, stop your vehicle and call for Roadside Assistance at 855-522-2813 to have your car towed.
Choose a Licensed Repair Facility
Take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility of your choice. Please ensure the repair facility contacts us at 877-850-0443 before any repairs are authorized
Obtain Authorization
Repairs cannot begin without prior authorization from Drive Shield Auto Care. Make sure the repair facility contacts us at 877-850-0443 before proceeding with any work on your vehicle.
For Maintenance Claims
To file a maintenance claim, please call 844-740-5145 or email a copy of your invoice with proof of payment to mycar@driveshieldautocare.com within 45 days of service to start the process.
Our claims department is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).
Once approved, customers will receive reimbursement via a virtual Drive Shield Auto Care Prepaid Mastercard®. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.
